Hi, it sounds like the motors are stalling. Can you disconnect the motors from the axis and try the same program and see if they still stall.
Many things may be the cause of a stepper drive stalling:
Resonance - tends to happen at a particular step frequency, can be alleviated by adding a flywheel to the stepper shaft or adding a damper ( look for stepper damper ).
To high a load - caused by either the mass you are moving or friction in the system, try dropping acceleration.
Insufficient PSU, the electronics does not have sufficient capacity and causes a drop in drive allowing a stepper to stall.
