I'm new to Wire EDM and I am cutting a test part. I am trying to cut out the attached shape leaving 1/2" of straight and a 5 degree collar on the top. I used the provided AC Cam software to generate the ISO code and it looks correct in the cam simulation. I have imported the ISO into the control and it looks right on the Graphical check ( pic attached ) but it looks way off on the trace function once the program is running. (pic attached) Can someone tell me what I'm missing? The code is using G51 and G52 to produce the angle.

Ok I think I got it figured out. It looks like there was a U V offset set in the parameter table for some reason. I set them back to zero and the taper looks much better.

I am glad to see that you got it figured out.
I program and run a CUT200 & CUT400 among others, but I could not make head nor tail of your programs.
Nifty looking part though.
