sorry, I don't remember. to match time go away. we send the computer to repair guy, and he is do the work. if I not mistake, he is take a backup from other same machine, and change our HDD by Compact Flash card. computer begin to load very quickly. and all detail of repairing he is don't tell to us, because it he's money. he is help to get for us used spindle driver from USA, and problem with rpm falling down -was solved. sorry,if it can't help you. I don't work there anymore.
