    CNC controller

I'm looking for diagrams for wiring a CNC controller board. I need information on the IC's used as well, and it would be helpfull to have some explanation of the wiring diagram.

I don't want to buy a ready made board as I am doing this as a hobby; I want to understand the axis controllers so I can modify/add in the future to them. I also may want to code custom software for it too.

I got basic electronics knowledge too.

Are you designing with servo's or steppers in mind?

Try this, 3amps and up to 55volts. The nice thing is it is a microstepping chopper driver board. Software is open source and the design works great. Very smooth at 8 microsteps.
