Need some rectangular chips cut to replace CF chips that are cracking

Long story short... I'm trying to fix a tripod system that is no longer being supported by the manf... They used CF to make these chips that are held in place by 4x short machine screws.

I need a handful of small chips machined to replace carbon fiber chips that were broken.

Each piece is approx. 1"(W) x 1.5"(L) x >.25" (D) .. I can post better measurements when I pull them out but my thought was to send one to whomever bites this off so they can match what they make to what we need.

They have a beveled edge on one end and 4 counter sunk? (flat recess) screw holes.

My thought was to replace the damaged chips with aluminum since it is easier to work with.

    Thoughts?
