    Best place to buy L297 and L298 chips?

    Hello...

    I'm biulding a simple bipolar driver board for one stepper, and need a good source for L297 and L298/L293 chips. I can't find these in my parts catalogs, where do you find them?

    cheapest so far www.futurlec.com L298 $3.75 L297 $3.80 were i got my chips from..

    Thank you, I just found them in my Mouser book. I couldn't find them in my Digikey book.
