    907 Alarm-C lube tank flow 1/LB15

Our LB15/OSP5020L is giving a "907 ALARM-C lube tank flow 1" alarm. I've taken the lube line loose at the pump and cycled it and it's delivering oil from the pump.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jon

there is a flow switch either in or out of the tank that monitors oil moving. the outer unit is usually a brass unit that has 2 wires going to it and if you take it apart it will have a ball in it checking the flow by raising the ball. the inner style i am not sure about.

    Smile Problem resolved

Well after fighting with getting the lid off the pump (somebody siliconed it good), and cleaning the pickup screen, it now seems to have fixed the problem.

By the way this had the internal pressure switch, which was like a mini hydraulic cylinder that actuated a micro switch.
