    HOW BIG IS YOUR CNC Machining Center?

    Hay ya guys just thought i would see if you guys would like a couple of pics of our big mill..Question is?? what was first the chicken or the egg???

    This is the biggest one we've got.A 6 pallet Mitsui Seiki Hu40A.
    Not very big but a great machine.

    No It gets better

    The one pictured is a two pallet 3 axis mill.table size is 3metres by 5.5 metres.its also has differant heads.One is 1:1 spindle, 1:2 spindle a 45deg and a 90 deg.We also run a MAZAk 1850 Integrex which is a 5 axis job with room to swing the Alloy box pictured in the first pic.That box is 1300mm high total of 2500 long and about 1500 wide...

    nice to see your from sweden..My Step father is from there before he moved all the way down to the great NZ...Nice M/C Pictured!! we are currently thinking of getting a 20 palletec system.. ever have any probs with running out of tool pockets?

    This machine have 120 tool pockets and it's full now.The tool robot is busy. I have 7 jobs in the machine right now.If you are planning on getting a 20pallet machine be sure to have a lot of tool pockets.
