can you be a little more specific? it really depends on how you set up your tool in the Mach software as well as Mastercam. i recently started on my venture to build a router and found that if i use tool "wear" in Mastercam, i must leave the diameter value in Mach set to 0. with this, how are you using arcs...ie....IJK or R's? if using IJK, you will need to set the arc setting in Mach to "inc" and make sure that in Mastercam X, you set your control def to read arcs in "delta start to center". now, depending on the machine you are running and the size of the motors and and the power of the pc driving the Mach software, you may want to turn off the "all planes supported" for helical entries in the X control def.
