Hello,
I am back working on some cnc router stuff and had to reload mach I set it up as per mfg settings again. I had the issue before of it cutting half the distance and changed a setting to get it right but do not remember what setting I was ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

That would be the scale factor in the screen for 'Program Run' just to the left of the toolpath display. Remember to press the Enter key after entering a scale to make the change persist.

Please check steps per .
it is very important for the machine ,if steps per is not right ,the real distance of the machine will be not correct .
here is a way to test and adjust it .
1,please make a design ,let the machine move 100 mm(or more ,if your machine very big .)
2,use a ruler measure the real distance.
3,Compare the difference between actual and design values。
FOR EXAMPLE .
you let y axis move 200mm (the screen show .)
but the real distance is 180mm( the ruler measure .)
and now our steps per is 104.37.
