Hi,
I need someone to verify if I have the right settings in Mach3. Gecko G540 driver with 10x micro stepping.
Metric units in Mach3

X and Y axis
I have a 12 tooth pulley and the pitch of the belts are 5mm.
So pitch x number of teeth = 5 x 12 = 60mm per rev.
200 steps x 10 for micro stepping = 2000
2000/60mm = 33.3 steps per unit or mm.

Z axis
4mm pitch ballscrew.
2000/4 = 500 steps per unit or mm.

I have entered these values in Mach3 motor tuning section.
Could someone also suggest suitable velocity and acceleration values.
