    YAMA SEIKI

    I'm looking at purchasing a Yama Seiki AV-860 + APC (vertical machining center with automatic pallet changer). I am hesitant to move forward with the purchase due to the lack of reliability information on the web. Does anyone have any experience with Yama Seiki vertical machining centers, this machine, or any other machines from this company?

    Just another generic taiwan machine what ive seen.(trying to trick you with Seiki so you assume its Japanese) Typical wiring and waycover problems seen in all these types of machines. I think support and parts inventory is fine, at least in the US.
