Try this for a start. If it were mine, I would re-work the lettering for a sharper edge - I wasn't sure if you needed the lettering, though. Paul

I hope this is not inappropriate. If this request is inappropriate, please delete this post. Can someone generate g code for me. I don't know how to do it with the software I have. I have Mach3 running my cnc router and I would like to machine this in aluminium with a .125" ball endmill.

I would like to make the two swoosh a pocket, but the narrow side is at zero and the bigger end would be .15" deep.

If you are looking for shareware try Inkscape or Win-topo.

Your artwork is terrible, much higher resolution is necessary if you want crisp lines.

Since I don't have more information, here it is the g-code for the 2 rail, you will have to edit the speeds, like:

N20G0X0Y0Z1
N40T1M6
N50(0.125 INCH BALL NOSE)
N80G0X0.000Y0.000S???????????????????????????????? ?????????M3 (spindle speed)
N90G0X0.404Y0.918Z0.539
N100G1Z0.000F????????????????????????????????????? ????????? (machining speed)

and any initial set up for your machine

if some one try it please show it here
