i finally got the chance to work on this project.. the house is finished.. moved to a 1800 sq shop been using the smaller cnc all of the time havent had time to finish that one but recently it started to slow down a bit and i have been pushing to finish that one lately.. will show latest update pics of that machine and second machine we bought used and retrofitted the whole electronic with candcnc setup and converted from router to plasma

here are the latest pics of the machine and the progress i have done today..

machined the parts with cnc router.. all of the holes are press fit for the bearings (6 bearings in total) 2 for idler and 1 for belt..

pretty impressive that my other cnc machine is driven on chain and i set all of the parts to 1.527 and the bearing itself is 1.529 and it actually cuts out 1.527
i used 1/8 router bit to mill the whole thing.. edges and everything are super clean and smooth

ya there is belt adjustment.. will work on it again on monday i hope.. depends on other project going at the shop..

that belt for the reduction box setup is ordered not sure when they will arrive.. from kaman (2 blocks from our shop.. will see how thier service compares to bc bearing
