I'm so close to having this thing fixed......
I have the Rotary table problem figured out. A wire was sitting on the bottom of the control that was supposed to be hooked into pin 25 of the M20 plug on the Fanuc I/O board. The Rotary table now responds to the speed switch and will spin fast and slow but it still wont trigger the Deceleration Switch (X19 bit 5).

I found another wire on the bottom of the control that looks like it was stuck on the M20 pins as well. It's a grounded jumper. Two wires are hooked together and then go to ground. Can anyone that has a Yang with a rotary table please have a look at the M20 plug on the I/O Board and see if you have any wires attached to it. I know pins 4,20,25,29,39,and 40 are all Rotary table related but don't have a clue where this jumper could tie into.I am confident it goes somewhere on the M20 slot. Fanuc doesn't have a clue. I see nothing in the electrical schematic that I have other than the pin 25. This machine just has a mickey mouse set up where they are pushing the wire right onto the pin, doesn't have a proper Honda style plug into the I/O board.
