Nice upgrade (servos and high speed spindles)! I've been waiting for the ebay guy to sell some more belt speed reducers but they haven't been available for a while. Do you think it would be hard to make them?

the motor adapters aren't too horribly complicated. i believe a vendor on here sells something similar?

started working on my adapers for my THK rails. these aluminum plates will bolt to the new THK trucks and then to the old mounting points on my gantry. From there i only need to drill mounting holes in my frame for the rails themselves.

im hoping to use the router itself to at least spot the position of these holes





next job that goes on the router is 250 pieces of solid walnut that get routed out. i'm hoping with all of these improvements i can increase my feedrates!
