Yes, 2 cables connecting at the cabinet is a brushless rotary.

    I have a rotary question too :

I have a rotary axis that has a name on it " HRT 310 H " a big gray one `08 , but I can not find that name on the 4th axis settings screen , I have either " HRT310 PL" or "HRT310B" which I believe B stands for Brushed , so I set the first one, but when the rotary is rotating I get about 100% or sometimes more of A axis load, is this normal ?

I didn`t join the air for brake .

I'm not sure but I think the air is used to release the brake. That would explain why your load is 100% or higher.

Air is used to engage the brake, Ask HAAS for the correct setting to use?

The correct setting for an HRT310 H is HRT310. The H refers to the style of motor.
