    Not to rain on your parade but there are several people making that product.

    As far I understand the one on EBAY you linked to is exactly the type (impact wrench) that crabbass doesn't want. What he's aiming for is a springloaded drawbar for holders with a pullstud on top of it. I'd love one for my ISO40 (DIN2080) spindle, basically making it into a BT40 spindle.
