It halts with an error before it does the faulty arc (I'm pretty sure....) . I have set the Maximum Arc Correction to 0.000, thinking at first this would stop it from correcting arcs, when all it did was stop the error messeges and I'm still gouging parts every now and then.


They are identical models, though one (the one that does the gouging) was bought about 2 years after the first and has a faster processer and Im sure upgraded versions of whatever operating software its running.
