Need help converting a nice boat anchor back into a Haas TL2

I recently purchased at auction a 2015 Haas TL2 . The lathe came from a well known tech company and looks like it had very little use.
So little use that the battery was drained and it needs a restore from backup. I have the original USB with the files.
    I've replaced the battery.
The local Haas dealer rep started helping me but now I need a activation code and I've called but they don't answer or return my calls
(at least not yet). Don't mean to disparage the Haas dealer or rep , I'm sure they have their priorities, I just want to use this thing.

Anyone know of a Haas person to talk to get the code?
I'm sure I can do the rest myself but not without the activation code.
That or tell me where the best place is to hook a chain to it before I heave it over the side.

Update; I suddenly got through to a very helpful person at the HFO. Talking to the right person makes all the difference.
Only thing now is a 254 alarm ( spindle overheat) . I'll post when I figure that out.
