Hi,
I am facing "08" fault on Fanuc Robodrill machine spindle amplifier, fault occurs intermittently and after a power restart it is ok. Once we replace the spindle amplifier entirely, machine is running fine until 3 months approx. Then we face the same issue again. To permanently solve this, what should I do?

Alarm 08 means High input voltage.
Input voltage seems not stable.

SAME PROBLEM faced , found exactly in POWER PCB BOARD.

Input voltage not stable as in machine overall supply or the power card? 3 months earlier we have replaced it as well.
