There are 2 208VAC power supplies to both servo
drives, a single phase and a 3 phase. The single
phase is at the drives' terminals. The 3 phase is
controlled by a contactor "MS-SV". THAT contactor is
not energized as it is controlled by relay "SVMX".
That relay is not energized and controlled by the
LX-3 I/O board. So to answer your question the servo
drive is NOT turned on, even though some LEDs on the
drives are lit.
Can I use one of the RS-232 ports to make a complete
digital backup of the drive? What is the procedure to
make the digital backup. In the the machine's record books I have found a couple paper backups of some of 6000
thru 7082 parameters. I will have to do some comparison
to see if they are the same and how they compare to what's in the machine control. Besides the parameters, what
else do I need to be concerned of losing?

I have a paper backups of the parameters N6000 thru
N7082. Are there more parameters than those? If so
how do I get to them?
