Hello. Please help. Hitachi Seiki HT20S2 with Seiki
MULTI control. I am getting 3 alarms."ALARM 362
Z-AXIS PG ERROR * SEE OPERATION MANUAL (6-1)".
"ALARM 322 CMOS VACANT AREA ERROR".
"ALARM 310 POWER FOR SERVO NOT SUPPLIED* RESET EMERG.
THEN DEPRESS STANDBY.

The STANDBY light is not lit after pushing RESET
And then STANDBY.
It looks like the Z-AXIS clutch is engaged and the
Proximity switch above the clutch is red. That servo
Motor does not appear to be engaged. Please help.

Is the servo drive on for the Z?

It’s possible you lost some parameters due to power loss or weak battery. Parameter #6001 d3 is enable CMOS spare area check function. You can change it to a 0, reboot , turn off and change to a 1 and see if it clears. If not you might need to regenerate the control and renter all parameters.
I would advise making a backup now before anything else
