    Unhappy hbs57h not connecting to pc

    good evening,I am in urgent need of help. I am not able to connect my HBS57H driver to protuner, or any pc program. I have a usb serial converter and a ES servo drive interface cable rs232 to rj11. running windows 11. in protunner I get " could not set the comm state,there may be one or more invalid communication parameters. any suggestions? I am thinking its the es servo cable mabye? not sure what the pin layout should be? or wont that matter?
    please please Help.

    You have got any solution for that communication problem with HBS57H driver board, because I have got the same problem?
