Setting Tool Height in PP 2.04 - Not possible?

So I did the automatic update and now I cannot set tool heights with the "PN 31988 - Tormach Tool Assistant Set with 8” Digital Height Gauge". When I press the button on the digital height gauge it seems to put random numbers in the height, -8 to 40. And I don't see where you can zero it out anymore. Is there a setting that says to use this instead of the automated tool setter?

I am not sure when this stopped working correctly.

My digital height gage has never worked with the USB cable button patch cord, I have always used it manually, my height gage is over 6 years old, bought it with the 1100.

Mine always worked great until just lately.
