I actually have zero experience with CNC...as mentioned in my original post...and have been reading through some materials on the Tormach site on Path Pilot...

So it seems this is included with the machine and this is the way I intend to go...I assume the interface you see on the screen of the machine is PP...or whatever other controller is used...

So as far as I can figure...the G-code I generate in my Inventor HSM will feed into PP and then I just monitor things to make sure everything is going according to plan...

Now as far as the fifth axis is concerned...That factory video of the prototype system Clearly shows the X, Y, Z and A and C axes on the screen...not sure if that's PP or something else...
