Hi everyone!

I'm having some problems with my newly purchased chinese 6090 cnc router.

I can control the router manually on NCstudio, but when I load a file and start the job, it does something completely different. After it finishes the job it comes back to zero position, but now it's somewhere else as started.

Anyone have some ideas where to look for solution?

your steppers are stalling thats the god awful sound you hear when it stops moving. turn your feed all the way down and try it again. if it works then you need to tune up you steppers or increase the voltage to the motors apx 50v there are a few other things to check. first just cut your feed down to 1000 per your screen shot your @3000

ya for sure your feed is just to high and the stepper stalls as it ramps down for acc moves it starts to move again. ajust you feed override slider on your screen to the left maybe 1/4 and re run it. the slowly increase the speed till it stalls then back it off 20%. This is the max step rate your setup can do in its current configuration. ther are lots of ways to speed it up but per your screen you where @ F3000 is that in Inch or mm. let me know how it works out
