DEAR FRIEND

We have 17 machining centers HP 4000 in the factory

We had several breaks in the rear bearing

In the 3 years 6 spindle bearings R11247 broken



The breaks bearing cause the breakdown of BZ SENSOR



It is possible to just replace the rear bearing without disassembling the cartridge?

There are some preventive maintenance to be done?

While that bearing fit within the desired specs at the design of the machine, we have since switched to a different bearing for that use.

Please use R11413 as the replacement part.

Full dis-assembly and "clean-room" conditions are recommended for the repair.

Decontamination of burnt Kluber Grease and degraded bearing material throughout the ENTIRE housing is REQUIRED.

'' You must not disassenble the motor CAP because it will afect the concentricity of the position of the main spindle bearing.''

How shall we proceed ?
There Any value of concentricity?

From what I've been able to determine your NSK Part# N1011BTKRCC1P4 is STANDARD CLEARANCE FOR CYLINDRICAL BORE
Our bearing is for a TAPERED BORE
So they are NOT compatible.


Concentricity is attained and set with the spindle being assembled in a VERTICAL position, so gravity has less effect on the readings. If the CAP is assembled in the HORIZONTAL position, concentricity is interfered with.
