I moved top surface to z+.010"
Need to extend all side surfaces to new top surface and trim everything.

Thanks Al. This is the procedure I used after I posted, and before you replied.
Wasn't sure how much interest there would be in a v24 problem.

There is one more thing you might help with.
Edges all trimmed and good.
I need to bevel the top edges 45 degrees X .010".
I will not be doing so with a 2D tool path.
The bevel needs to be part of the 3D model.
This part will be machined on a 3 axis machine and the tool that does the side contours will start at the top (45 degree bevel) and contour the sides to the bottom.

You just need to add the surfaces together as a solid, then use the Solid fillet option choose chamfer and pick the top edge.
