How do i design electromagnetic coil to build sheet fanner ?

    hi,
i need to build sheet fanner. (it is called sheet seperator too)
as shown at attached image, sheet fanner is magnetically separating the top sheets.
i must build many coils to create magnetic force.

how i design coils ? is there any formula or any kind of help designing coils ?
thickness of copper cable ? voltage ? ampere ?

i don't know how to start building coils.

i do not want to use Neodymium magnet or permanent magnet because DIY coils are cheaper.
    thanks

Why are you trying to do this yourself, rather than just buying the thing that you know already does it? Are you unable to buy it in Turkey for some reason?

If you are trying to reverse engineer someone else's product, why not just buy one and tear it apart to see how it works?

You could also probably do a search for old expired patents, and use the patent diagrams to figure out how to build it.
