What is largest mem expansion for -4

    Hey,
I'm thinking about a memory upgrade but it seems I need a -5 to get 4 megs or more. Could someone tell me how much a -4 can be upgraded?
    Thank you, Shepard

-4 i believe was the version that started using Mega memory so it should beable to goto 16meg. or go to Calmotion and get the USB upgrade and you can run programs off the 32G memory stick through the DNC option. you just cant post programs using subroutines so post not using subroutines and your good to go

And the Calmotion box is the most likely much cheaper then buying dedicated memory

I have a dedicated Panasonic toughbook that I got off ebay for $65 that I DNC from with no problems and even runs my CAM software, I was just thinking about an upgrade to -5 and thinking about the benefits vs costs. I assumed my -4 was limited to under a meg. Thank you for the information.
