I am considering an order for a new 80w laser tube and power supply from en.bjefr.com. Has anyone ordered direct from these guys before? They are claiming 4 day Ship time via DHL. Also would I have to pay some import tax for an $800 order? Warranty service and breakage during shipment worries me too. Just wondering if anyone has some prior experience with it. Thanks.

don't worry dear, the DHL with insurance for the broken tube ,once you get it ,please open the box with the DHL person,once broken, you tell EFR person, they should make compesation

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I think I am deciding to stick with a 60w laser tube replacement after all. I did not want to spend the extra money for a proper chiller. I am going to order from the US for a 60w tube since shipping is cheaper.

DHL never return anything back to you even though the laser tube is broken, because the laser tube is fragile. You can't get anything from them.
you can talk with your manufacturer, maybe they will send a new one to you.
