Hi all,
Simulating the SprutCAM demo example file "Bottle" I noticed that on the screen the spindle is rotating after a tool change but on my milling machine it stays off after the tool change resulting in crash!
In PostProcessor Gcode (Mach3.spp) in the beginning of the program a M3(Turn Spindle CW) is initiated after M6(Tool Change).
After that any other M6 is missing the M3 command resulting in XYZ-movement without spindle milling.
Manual editing of the Gcode is what I do until now but can"t be the solution though.
So, what am I doing wrong here and where to set Spindle turning after a ToolChange?

Sounds like you need a postprocessor that is more appropriate for your system. If you are using a Tormach mill, they have posts available for download on their web site.

What version/release of SprutCAM do you have?
If you are using the correct postprocessor then perhaps update your SC with the latest release/build. SC7 and 8 are known for having releases/builds that cure bugs but introduce a few.
