You guys need to stop assuming anything especially that they MAY have sold thousands of them. It looks to me that they MAY have sold 10 of them and 9 don't work. You have been TOOK. You need to start pressuring EBAY for a resolution to this problem. File charges IF you have to with the FBI cyber crimes division. Sounds like Ebay IS a major partner in this scam as their LACK of help to resolve this problem.

The main reason that they keep on getting away with it IS no one is willing to MAKE them responcible for the crime.

That's an unusual machine for sure, it doesn't have the usual ruida card or leetro so adding stuff like RDworks and LaserCUT won't work (its a different controller)

Corellaser is a plugin for corel draw not a standalone program, do you have corel installed and if so what version?

This is the latest and the last update because I am not going to pursue this matter anymore...
The seller has sent me Corel x4 x5 x6 all of them written in Chinese.
The last Corel they sent me had a virus installed in it.
My only recourse is to buy my own software.
I recommend you stay away from these sellers.

Can it be equipped with a Moshi controller? (like many chines lasers)
See if you can open the cabinet-part containing the electronics and take a picture of it. Especially the controller is of interest.
If you know what controller is inside, then you can download software, find what you have to do to get it working etc.

you can not rely on ""antivirus"" programs

programs that writing memory directly, (DMA) they using rutins that exactly like a virus..
THEY ARE NOT
antivirus programs alarms falsely many times.. when you installing programs, it is strongly suggested turning off firewalls and antivirus programs..

be patient, it will work..

Chinese writing remain a problem.. since they speaks it, and also 1.3 billion people speaks at least... our best is, catching up...

you also can buy a ""preferred brand"" with only English manuals..
then you pay for the translation 10 times more than this machine ..

just a silly idea, many Chinese restaurants (mightbe all) has employees speaking very fluent Chinese.. who knows might be for 20 they translate your manual..

normally buy parts on Ebay is ok, but for mahcines, sometimes need consider well and make sure it is extablished company, for now the market is mixing and there are many fake company.

good way buy amchine, ,not buy from small platform, need consider nad compare then make decision.

im not sure why did you fight seller..

find corellaser, download , install and run
it opens CorelDraw and you get a menu.

I never used, but heres a workflow..

define the workarea

place your shape, drawing in the area wherever placed material in your laser machine..

draw in CorelDraw you need, and most possible, use print or plot command, select from ""printer list"" the laser and go..

how it need to setup.. ask corellaser, or ask the controlprogram who made..

what you going to get a ""taskbar"" try the buttons, the first is the setup..

if still struggling, then probably you need a kern laser and company going to your house to teaching you... they are do it.. for money everything..
