I have gotten some of my controls heading this way. I now need to get brushed DC servos, I was thinking about 400w servos, so NEMA 34's should do it. I would like to be 90vdc if possible. My servo drives can handle 20amps (PICO's).
Thanks!

Automation technologies Inc and cnc4pc are suppliers of brush dc servos and can be had at 90vdc.

I have about 9 of the Kelling/Automation direct servos in use and have never had any kind of issue with them. They run really well
Cool I'll check them out! I still need to do some design work to verify sizing. Rough idea is two NEMA 34 driving the plasma/router bridge and one driving the head. Just need servos, and power supply then I should have the major parts.
