I bought a used CNC fabric cutter (Blackmann and White Genesis 2100) that had been disassembled and put into storage. Unfortunately, when the seller pulled the y assembly off the frame they didn't slot the little plastic things into the bearing carriages to stop the balls falling out so a loads of them are missing. I want to replace the balls in the existing carriages as Hiwin don't make them anymore (nor can I find replacements) and if I changed to their newer carriages then I'd also have to buy new rails to replace the existing ones. Does anyone know if/where I might be able to buy replacement LGH15 balls (or carriages) and/or if the balls in their in production equivalent (HG'x'-15) would fit these old ones?

Mic some of the existing balls and then search the web (& eBay). You can buy replacement balls in very fine size steps.
