I buy a kit from them on ebay last year and now I am trying to set it up but there is no info and they send me a very very bad drawing of the wiring I try different wirings and still no response from mach3

I bought a kit from them a year ago, one drive was not working. Sent them a few e-mails, they never got back to me. I assume that support also non-existent.

Could you provide us the detailed info?
We should check it with our engineer,and we have our own EU warehouse now,if it was our falut ,we can send it from our Eu warehouse to you directly now.
