I just got this machine hooked up to power using RPC with balance V at 241,244,245 with no load. Just powered up the machine and homed and had over travel alarms. Repowered to work through those and then suddenly got 409, 414,424,434. Spindle drive code is 30 and power supply code 01. I could use a manual B-65045E MAINTENANCE MANUAL AC SPINDLE or some advice, my email is [email protected] I am new to cnc but okay at trouble shooting electronics. Just in case my main V is too high I just ordered a buck boost transformer to wire before the RPC. Thank you for any help or advice.

you don't tell us spindle amp number and other references, but from google I've got your alarms caused by overcurrent in input circuits
first of all check input circuits

Guhl, yes I found that late last night. Over current. I read that usually occurs while in use but I was just powering up. I will check the input on the psm. My buck boost should be here this week. Thanks
