    A14B-0076-B001 INPUT UNIT

    Hi All,
Looking for a schematic for an A14B-0076-B001 input unit. Got the red alarm light coming on after power up of control. Linking out the relay contact feedback from the power supply board keeps the input board up ok. Running 200v straight to the power supply board have 24v,+ & - 15v and 5v ok. Seems to be a timing issue getting 200v through the input board to latch up the power supply to feed back to the input unit via relay 11. There is an Omron m3t timer on the input board . Is this board fixable or just replace it. All help appreciated, Thanks

You can test it by (take out form machine)
    1. Short CP2(or CP11)between pin5 and pin6
    2. Short COM and EOF
    3. Input 220V. to R and S on TP1
    4. Trick COM to EON ,now if relay is ON meaning bord is OK
    5. use multimeter test pin1 and pin2 on CP2(or CP11) if value is 200-220V. This unit is normal. Meaning your machine have problem.

    Re: A14B-0076-B001 INPUT UNIT

    Thanks for the help.
I had done steps 1-5 and the input board alarm light does not come so assumed ok.
Moved the power board (black box).
Removed it from mc. Connected 200v to R & S.
All voltages ok & feedback pins 5 & 6 close.
But when linking input and power board off mc. R & S 200v goes through input board but does not stay on long enough to allow the feedback pins 5 & 6 to close maintaining the circuit.
This leads me to think there is some time sequence issue to allow the latch up. The only timer on the input board is an Omron Mt3.
Not sure what else I can prove.

Yes have COM and EOF linked and a push button wired across COM and EON as a start.

Take COM EON and EOF cable out from TP1. Check ohm between COM and EOF have value? push start buttom and check ohm between COM and EON have value?

looks like it was relay 11 on the power supply unit, replaced relay. All up and working. Thanks again Enikma_II for your help.
