I thought jelessi had answered. Did that not work? I would have said that it's somewhere next to the area that says PROBE on the board too. But I can't zoom in too much on my phone.

ya i got that i just missed his post, so now im just having a problem with MachBlue
where can i get these Pink plugs?
this is what i got: Attachment 235014 sitll dont know how to get this:
Read the instructions carefully! Step 4: Download and install MachBlue modifications.
Download the BlueProbeVer3.zip file
http://www.cnczone.com/forums/attach...1&d=1207688579
Unzip the file and move the MachBlue.set file into your Mach3 folder. Then move the MacBlue_ProgramRun.jpg file into the Mach3/Bitmaps/MachTestScreens folder.
What version of Mach are you using? Are you certain that the bmp's are in the correct folder?

Go to the Mach forum. Pretty sure I've seen this asked before. Do a search there.

You solved a problem?
Hello guyz,
I was using mach blue before I changed my system for CNC machine.
I loaded mach blue today and Z slide is working like it should, but circle finder does not work as imagined.
After clicking to start find edges, it goes to find only left edge. Tried to switching resolution, but no affect. Any other way to bypass it ?
Thanks,
Marko
Hello! You solved a problem?
i had to format my pc and now im having the same problem getting the mack blue zero button screen hope you can help
Thank You so very much for this excellent information. I have been trying to piece this together and you've created a masterpiece.
I have my auto Z plate wired up and working properly in regular Mach 3. It's very cool. Now I want the big enchilada. I want the auto centering for A and Y. I have created the copper tube and acrylic tool outlined in this thread. I'm ready to use it, but can't seem to find a good copy of the Mach Blue Big-Tex Probe Tool screen set file to use. I got ahold of a 2008 edition and a 2010 edition and both have issues where most of the screen is black and unusable. Is there a clean, bug free edition out there somebody can share or a work around for the black screen issue?
A lot of websites reference getting the latest version 3.4 at big-tex. That big-tex.tk URL is dead. Can't get the latest version there.
Also, maybe somebody has come up with VB Script to do the same auto centering in in Mach 3 without having to use Mach Blue?
Any help would be appreciated.

You may find Hoss2006 "automatic tool probe" useful. Daniel is a contributing member here on the Zone.

Jalessi,
This is exactly what I was looking for. I read your reply at 00:30 AM and then couldn't possible go to sleep before I tried it. It took a couple of minutes to figure the screen out, but it works perfectly. Thank you. You saved me a ton of research. Big thanks to Hoss also. Excellent work Hoss. Much appreciated.
All the best,
Scott Meer
Hi Guys, it's been quite a long time since I last posted as I have grown comfortable with changing tools in between one cut and another. Now I have set my mind to do some serious upgrading with both Mach3 and my CNC. Firstly I need to fit a tool changer into my CNC to cut down tool changing time and secondly while I'm at it I also need to download the Mach Blue screen which I believe already has X, Y & Z auto zero installed within. The changer is no problem but finding a working Mach Blue screen download link is proving me difficult to find. I would not exclude having to tweek my CNC post processors in order to auto zero the Z axis (to a touch sensor or switch) in between tool changes.
So while waiting for my parts to arrive, is there anyone who has gone down this road before, for any pointers?
Thanks
Marting

Hi Again, since then, I managed to find Mach Blue and will be installing Mach3 on my design PC and mess around on this to get the feel of it.
Thanks
