    Angry Yasnac i80 error 102

    hi. looking for info for error code 102 on yasnac i80 on kitamura mycenter4, error acures while changing rpm's in g code, ex:go1 xxxx;s1000; (chair)
    Initial rpm from home is fine S800 M03,
    G01 XXX;
    YYY;
    S1000;
    XXX;
    S0800; (ERROR 102)
    Is this a format or parameter problem? tried using M03, didn't help!

    Did that, means misuse of code. I have changed rpm's on many controls, never had a problem. wondering if a parameter for rpm change is the problem

    take the m03 out below error code(Y.1383 M03 F7.5) the controller is reading a head you have a speed chagne to 1500 rpms without m3 and it works

    error code happen after the line that they trip on Yasnak I-80 reads ahaed like 100 lines or something like that so you could have a problem anywhere after line that trip alarm also on line with G28 I like to put a X move in to have part in center of door for changing

    I agree the M03, needs to be removed! But this code was edited, previously read G01 X44.07 F14.
    Y0 S800 m03
    Z-.3 F20.
    Y.1383 F7.5. (Ok what’s wrong with this picture..............oh one 2 many....) (chair)
    X2.6969
    Well maybe this yellow background makes this obvious?
    I'll have to look at the control come Monday to see if this is the case.
    Thanks for getting me to look at this again!

    Ps: I didn't mention it before, but while trying to isolate this problem I ran the control in single block, the control only reads 1 line & buffers the next I believe.
    And normally I move the x center, but this is for part loading convenience only.
    Didn’t bother this time, 1 pc job

    In single block controller will only read one line on full auto it look ahead.Also that what you got to love about code it's always in front on your nose and seems to hide

    error says misuse of "-" or "."

    line after your error line says F7.5. should be F7.5

    regards, Oz
