How did you manage to attach the linear rails to the gantry ??? The channels matched with both sides of pre drilled holes on the rails ??

Sorry are you asking where I live. If so I'm in Ontario. The linear rail line and bolt right up to the 3060 (3"x6") extrusion. I used TBR20mm rails and bearings, that's the ones that bolt/line up to the 8020 extrusion slots.

I was from further west in Alberta but now in the Dallas Fort Worth area . Putting my jig saw puzzle together with a mix and match of extruded profiles . When it does finally get done , then make the parts for a better one for sure .
