When you do thread milling, don't select the diameter. Just select a point at arc center. And for your data use the following:

Thread Diameter: .672 (Minor Diameter Max)
Thread Height: :.041 (Using Sandvik Calculator)
Thread Pitch: .0625


Looks correct now on my V25
