why does BC revert back to Demo mode and I loose all my licenses

I have 2 paid seats of BC v25 one for work and one for home. Made and saved several drawings both at work and at home. Use a thumb drive to get the files back and forth from home to work to use/work on them. Tonight once again it has reverted back to "demo" mode and none of my licenses are checked when I look at the license. Happened once at work and now at home. I can't tell you how frustrating this is to have paid licenses and when I want to use BC it tells me I'm in Demo mode ,can't save anything. Then I have to call BC and have them redo all the licensing over the phone which could take a day for them to return calls. Anyone know what causes this? thanks, rj
