Weakest link in performance of Anilam controller?

The fastest programmed feedrate I can achieve with my Anilam system, is 80 ipm. Machine will rapid at 200ipm. During feed moves, at the max feedrate, the machine will hesitate between moves. This does not appear to be an exact stop vs continuous issue. How can I determine if I am at the limit of the control, the servo drivers, or the servos?
The servos say 31amp, 110v. The whole servo system (minus spindle) runs off 110v 15a breaker. PC is dos based.
    Thanks,
    Joe

In the Setup Utility, there is a menu called 'Miscellaneous'. In there there is a parameter called something like Maximum Programmable Feedrate. Default was 80 IPM. You can set it as high as the rapid speed if you want. Just don't expect accuracy to stay the same at real high speeds. Password is Z48. Good Luck! Tim
