My Servo drive keeps faulting!
My Z Axis drive faults when I try to move that axis, The drive is a YASKAWA SERVOPACK CACR-SR.
Some times the drive will work when commanded and some times the axis will only move if I assist it by applying pressure either up or down on while jogging, The axis only need this added pressure from me to get started, After the axis begins to move it is fine.
Normally when it faults the enable contactor will drop out and all servopacks will stop. Then I can reset servo drives from the console and start again. Sometime the Servopack will fault AND DISPLAY A "7"
I swapped the drive with the X axis and now My Z axis works fine, And The problem moved to the X axis.
This seems like an odd problem to me. The drive just seems to be weak! but only on startup.

Please help! Does anybody have 1 of these drive laying around or has anybody had a problem like this?

Thanks for reading and any help would be appreciated!
