Replaced now homing is not working

I have just replaced my Nema 23 3 amp 120 oz motors with some 454oz 3 amp motors. Everything is working well with the exception of my Home/Limit switches will trip in Home/Limit mode and over-travel in home mode. Wondering what I can check for to try and remedy problem. I replaced Molex connecters with DIN connectors as the new motor had DIN, the metal body of the DIN female connector on motor box grounds to the chassis the plastic Molex did not. Wondering if this is a potential issue.
    Any advice is appreciated,
