Need a recommendation of CNC router

Hi all, I'm in the market for a CNC router that I want to keep in my garage due to the limited space in my shop. So the size may be a bit of concern. However I stiill need to be able to work on 4' x 8' sheets.

The materials that I'll be working on are mainly acrylics with the thickness from 1/8" up to 1". Aside from that, I'll also be cutting thin aluminum (0.4mm) and rarely steel (1-2mm).

My budget is roughly below $20,000. I can change the tools manually myself as I don't think I'm doing door cabinets at all. Prefer to come with a high CFM vacuum and also trying to minimize and maintain dust-free environment since I'll be doing it in the garage with limited source of getting open air. I'm not too familiar with the torque/HP for the spindle, is 24000rpm enough for what I'm trying to get done?

I'm located in Toronto area if anyone local that's operating similar setup and don't mind sharing their experiences and perhaps even give me a little tour please PM me.

    Thanks!

    B

The man asks for a CNC Router and suddenly a Laser salesman from China pops up with his detailed post. I think I could buy a chinese CNC Router which is almost a "Dream Machine" for 20.000 $ btw. European and US made machines are just too expensive. Still I would look for used US/European machines and maybe you could find a bargain.
