    How to make acme threads?

    I have the form tool, Kenametal Brand, and having trouble making the user defined tool in CamWorks. What is the proper way to cut these.
    I saw someone wrote to rough with a groover and finish with a form tool.

    Haas SL20
    1.5-4 threads
    TG&P HT material

    Dan

    Never mind, figured it out. programmed by hand, rough with a flat groover and finished with form tool
