    Cutting problem

    I have a Problem of laser power which is not the same on the whole table, it can cut with the same power till the center of the table but when going far to the extreme right of the table at the top or at the bottom it can not cut i have checked the table it is weel leveled .
    what do you suggest ?
    the table is 900mm*600mm and the laser tube is Reci 80w used for only 2 hours.

    It sounds like a beam alignment issue - the farther the head gets from the source, the more of a problem it becomes.

    Hi
    I use a different aproach instead of tape what mostly get burned thrue I use smal pieces of 1/8 hardboard cut at the same size as the outside of the mirror holder then put tape strips on ether side marke the center . stick the piece an the mirror holder exactly and tape the strips on. only then I start with alignment. this way I can shoot many points before changing and especially when going over the whole laser area then I can see where the laser point is on evey location.
